That person if you found out if their stats exceeded what you constitute as normal? What is that maximum number for you? For me, twenty is pushing it.

I am talking over a span of a lifetime and it will vary depending on your age. Collectively. I am trying to determine if there is a difference between male and female perspectives.

You MUST be young (under 35), married for a long time and have sown your wild oats early in your life.
NOW As for the viewpoint of sometone in their late 50's I have to say this. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA, ONLY 20? I passed 20 a few decades ago and I hardly consider myself to be promicuous at all. No one night stands in there among any of them. I either was in a long-term committed or going into a committed relationship with ALL of them. As you age, just SHEER number of years still allows one of my age to exceed that number quite easily. And at my age, it is 100% irrelevant to me the number of men my partner would have slept with either because just in SHEER numbers of years, she is bound to have been around the block more than a few times.

It really depends on how lod you are. I feel this is the normal rate.
18-25 years = 0-15
26-40 years = 0-30
And I don't feel 20 to be an extreme unless they are like 18 years old.

Hmmm...it's not something I've ever really discussed with anyone; to be perfectly honest, I believe it would bother me a great deal if I found out my girlfriend had exceeded my amount of partners, but I'm certain that she hasn't. Actually, I'm certain she isn't even close.
As far as allowable promiscuity, I have my own phrase for it(my own words, too):
"People are as promiscuous as opportunity allows."

I reckon 21 is a great target figure and after that, just like you do with years, you neglect to consider the rest.
Who keeps those stats anyway? Like .. I mean... put another notch on the bed head on your way out will you darlin ... and tell that que out there to keep it down.. I need to be able to concentrate to do my best work!

That is certainly pushing it.
I only allow myself a maximum of 17 per day, then I get a little drained.
