I would get my grades up before I even thought about becoming a doctor. You need to concentrate on doing much better now.
Its not too late but it will be if you don't improve in school.

It's not too late if you do something about it. What do you mean, your teachers "forgot" to change your grade? Why was it bad? If you improved it, teachers would not forget to change it. If you did some extra work, it could be they had to submit the grades before the changes went in. If you want to be a doctor, you are going to have to be a great student. Not just good--great. Work with your teachers. Tell them of your concerns. But, really, if you attend classes, do your work and pay attention, there's no reason you can't get good grades. You have to be willing to put in the time and effort.
To answer your comment: teachers don't "forget" to add extra credit. It could be you did it too late to get onto the progress report. Speaking as a teacher, I'd suggest that you do the assignments when you're supposed to instead of asking for extra credit work to increase your grade. This is not the way to try to get into med school.

NO! It is not too late and dont give up!
#1- You need to up your confidence. Have faith that you will be able to succeed. You may need to study longer than others and ask your teachers for help. Ask if you can make up an extra credit assignment, tutoring, anything! If you are asking them, chances are they will help you to get a better grade and take into consideration that you are trying so hard.
#2- Start prioritizing your studies. Ok, you know you got a party coming up to go to, but the day after, a research paper may be due that you did not complete or you may need to take a test. What should you do? Get that paper done or study for that test!
#3- Being a doctor takes a lot of hard work. Don't be dissapointed if you find that it is not the occupation for you. Keep an open mind to other occupations that YOU like, not what your friends or family likes. Remember, when you go to college, you are the one setting yourself up for a great career.
#4-Concentrate on what it is that interests you and go on the internet and research these occupations.
#5- With all of the crazy activities that you will need to balance, you also need to take care of yourself by doing something active to keep you healthy. Participate in a sport, something that you enjoy and most important,...
#6- RELAX. If you do things ahead of time, you wont need to worry as much and you can still have fun!
Take care and I am sure you'll do wonderful!

How do teachers forget to change your grades? Did you forget to improve them? Your punctuation is non-existent, so you seem a bit behind for 11th. College scores are much more important that high school, and you may still be able to train out of the country with 3.0 GPA. But I would get very serious if I were you, and get all your pre-med courses up to a B or better.

No it is not to late. You could go to a really lousy foreign medical school and be a doctor at a jail or prison. But on the other hand flipping burgers wouldn't be so bad at least you would get a 50% employee discount on cheeseburgers!

Nothin's too late if you have your heart and passion in it. If your grades are bad, that probably means you aren't committed to studying in order to get top grades.
Pretty much in life, what you get is what YOU created.
