sit up straight, don't lay down. take some tums, or peptobismol. and do a few light stretches. and go for a slow walk.

I have the same problem I binge then stop, binge then stop. Well the thing I do to fix this is I go for a little run. and if you have sports at you school.....join the team! But just remember-don't over eat too much!

lol, yeah that happens sometimes, but you will know better next time just how much to eat to not feel bloated and miserable, i cant say there is a way to make your stomach feel better in this situation, but go relax it will soon digest.

drink an eno it helps break down any nasty stuff in your stomach stopping that bloated feeling and aids indigestion too
