Well, one of the best product I have found for removing sticky stuff is called Goo-Gone. I believe I have actually seen it at the dollar store, although you can get it other places too, probably even Wal-Mart.

I would first try it on an inconspicuous area of the monitor, like the back area or something, to make sure it will not injure that particular plastic, but I have found that it works really well for sticky stuff.

There are two things you can try. Drown them in Windex and let them "soak" for a few minutes, then gently rub them off with a cloth.

Or, remove the stickers as much as you can with a fingernail or something that won't damage the computer monitor and then soak them in Goo Gone. Goo Gone is better for removing the goo after a sticker comes off rather than the sticker itself.

You can also score the sticker (cut lines into it) before applying either Windex or Goo Gone.

Steamers work. If you happen to have a little Shark or Scunci steamer, protect the rest of the monitor with a towel or plastic so steam won't actually make its way into the monitor, and then score the sticker and steam it. Any residue that remains is usually removed easily with Goo Gone.

If you are allergic to citrus, do not use Goo Gone without gloves. It's best to wear gloves anyway, so your skin won't dry out from coming in contact with the cleaners.

You try some "Goo Gone" but be careful not to get things too wet or let it leak into anything important. Or you can try a blow dryer. The heat from the blow dryer will soften the glue of the stickers and should remove them completely with no residue left.

You can use a hairdryer to heat the sticker then peel it off.
The sticky residue behind it can be gotten off with rubbing alcohol. Be careful because the alcohol is highly flamable.

Mayonnaise doesn't drip at all like Goo Gone might. It works just as well!
