I replaced the blower motor and the relay switch and it still blows the fuse

the blower motor could have a short or just be useing to much power

Check the wires running from the fuel pump all the way to the wiring harness. Check for exposed areas with no insulation. Then check the harness for damage inside and out. Then make sure the connectors inside the ends of the wires are making contact by stripping more insulation if possible. A small surge can be caused by arcing also, causing the fuse to blow.

Does anything else not work?
Have the blower motor tested .

sounds like you have a short in the wiring somewhere
