No, of course not. They're free to leave the country.
What they cannot do is reap the benefits of living here while at the same time rejecting the rule of law. That's why the traitor Kent Hovind is in prison right now. If he felt that his religion trumped his nation, his proper choice would have been to leave, not to steal from us.

Unfortuantely for Christians, and the rest of us as well, when religious law and secular come into coflict it is secular law that always wins out. That one, simple fact is precisely what is wrong with EVERY country in the world, secualr law is given precidence over religious law. I don't mean to say that countries should be run by any specific set of religous laws, far from it. What I AM saying is that religious law should ALWAYS be more binding on a person than secular law, regardless of what that religion may be.
There is no decision on which laws are compliant. One either follows the secular law, or is punished by the secular authority. Until that is changed there will never be Religious freedom in The US or any OTHER country.

The law no longer applies to Christians. On the other hand, Jews always obey the "laws of the land." If a law is intolerable, they work within the law to change it. If they set up a community where there is no law, they already have Jewish law in place.
Great question!

If you research this in a historical context the answer is no. From the beginning of Christianity in the 1st Century until eary in the 300s AD Christians were tortured and killed because they refused to obey the secular laws that conflicted with their belief in Jesus Christ. Ever hear of Christians being thrown to the lions?

Personally, I can't think of anything that is required to do in secular law that is forbidden in the Bible that hasn't had accommodation in secular law.
Even the laws drafting people into military service made such accommodation. With the number of Christians in the country, I can't see how such laws would pass. Christians likely would flout the law and live according to scripture.

The Apostle Paul wrote to the church of God in Rome, "Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. Romans 13:1-2
The Apostle Peter wrote:
"Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every authority instituted among men: whether to the king, as the supreme authority, or to governors, who are sent by him to punish those who do wrong and to commend those who do right. For it is God's will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish men. Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God. Show proper respect to everyone: Love the brotherhood of believers, fear God, honour the king." 1 Peter 2:13-17
But when the authorities banned him from preaching, Peter and John replied, Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God's sight to obey you rather than God. For we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard. Acts 4:19-20
From the above it would appear that the general principle is to obey the rulers of your country even if is causes hardship and suffering, but if the commands of the ruler is in opposition to the commands of God, then you must obey God and bravely face whatever punishments come your way.

No. We must obey God as ruler rather than man.
The Bible decides. Our allegiance is to Jesus Christ and the One he worships, His Father, Jehovah. How can we swear allegiance to anyone else?
All through the Bible we are told to love each other especially those like us in the same faith. How can we go kill our brothers in the faith in another country just because the state orders it so?

As long as secular laws do not violate the Christians conscience then the secular law should be obeyed as from God.
"Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are *ordained of God.
2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:
4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake."(Rom 13:1-5)
