Not surprised, just don't care. I don't need a scholar or any other person to explain God. He has done that Himself through His Word, through His Son and through The Holy Spirit. Men make mistakes. God doesn't.

God Bless.

I guess they are terribly naive or uninformed. Of course Jewish scholars consider the Trinity to be Polytheism (if they do) - they consider Christianity to be wrong. Many Muslims consider Christianity to be polytheistic too - the Trinity, and Mary. People who think Christianity is wrong do so for a reason. But many people - perhaps your 'so many people', although I suspect you are being hysterical to make some point or other - are not scholars, and are not aware of what other people think about their beliefs.

John 17:22  And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

"...we are one"? Is this a contradiction? When a man marries a woman, do they not become "one"? Why look at the "number of persons" when you should be looking at the "unity of purpose".

GOD bless

i can sort of understand this triune god, but it does not fit with the story of jesus dying for our sins, If there is only one god (monotheism) then jesus was god never really died. he sent himself down to earth
