I have no pics, but I do have a great cookie recipe. Instead of using the all purpose flour, use 1/2 all purpose 1/2 self rising. also put in some cream of tartar. My ex mother in law made the best cookies (choco chip) but would never come off her secret reciipe. One day I snooped until I found it. Now I make the best choco cookies, except I tell ppl the recipe.

I don't have a picture but once I was making Oatmeal cookies and I ran out of oatmeal after I already had the "wet" ingredients mixed (so I couldn't go 30 minutes and back to the store). I mixed in some breakfast cereal (Special K) and baked a few to see how they were. I needed to add more cereal but once I had enough and the cookies didn't spread out as much, they were very very good - nice and crunchy!! The best recipes are created when you get stuck... and have to use your imagination.

No bake Oatmeal Cookies-- YUM. You can find the recipe anywhere it's simple. Oatmeal, chocolate, I believe corn syrup and sugar...
