A terrorist threat is real. That is a federal crime. You can be sentenced to a long time in jail if you do it. Remember Columbine. If people would have taken those two seriously they would be in jail and all those people would be alive.
Threatening to kill yourself is a legal right for the state to detain you in a mental facility until it is determined that you are no longer a threat to yourself or others. This can take as long as it takes.
The best example I can give you is yelling FIRE in a crowded theater. People will get hurt or die, you are guilty of malice manslaughter and attempted murder.

I don't know how old you are, but possibly. My sister was a minor and she and a friend made a list of people that they hated/wished would die. The list was found and they were both expelled, sent to a juvenile detention center, and not allowed to go back to that school.
Bullies suck, but don't get yourself in trouble by saying anything like that to them or about them. I have felt like you at points too when I was younger. Trust me, things get better. Just think about the fact that ten years from not, they'll probably be bitter losers.

Only if you own a gun and have written it down in a blueprint of sorts in a journal or something.
The Patriot Act holds words to be as good as deeds.
One threat isn't much. If you keep doing it and the amount of witnesses to it increases, then you are looking at a problem.

A frind of mine told a guy he was gonna kill him while the 2 were fighting. He was charged and convicted of a felony and sent to jail. He had no gun, knife, etc. and didn't even mean it. It's just soemthing you say in a fight, but he got a felony and jail time. So, yes you can.

Possibly.
You could also wind up doing a 72 hour psych hold if you are believed to be a danger to yourself.

Yes.. it is a death threat.
Although, if it was a friend and they know that you were joking (about the killing and all...) then i wouldn't worry about it

From what I am told in Fl. you can, however, if you are a minor, i wouldn't worry about it, but wouldn't make it a habit either.
