I would like to know are these numbers for real if so how do I call the number on my phone.

Its the number given for a lottery scam. Ignore it.

They look genuine, they are mobile (cellular) phone numbers which will cost you a huge amount to call from outside the UK, and have possibly been set up as part of a scam so they'll cost a lot to call from inside the UK too. Don't do it.

They're real. 44 is the international UK code. Swap that for a zero and you have the UK area code and number

SWEETIE I DONT THINK YOU WANT TO CALL THIS FAR JUST TO FIND OUT WHAT IT IS. INTERNATIONAL CODE IS 11 SO IF YOU DIAL THIS WHILE YOU ARE IN THE US, THERES NO TELLING WHERE YOU MIGHT WIND UP. LET IT GO AND CALL LOCAL

They are Southampton numbers - not sure what for though.

yeah it is an international call <+44> for somewhere in Illinois
