Hi,

I brought my wife over from Pakistan to live with me in England. She has a visa which expires once two years is up. What is the procedure once this happens? Would we have to re-apply for the visa? Also, what documents would I need to provide the second time round? The same as I did the first time I applied for her visa?

Renew the visa so that your wife will not be classified as an overstaying alien which is a ground for deportation.
