Yes there are different forms of orgasms in men.There is that state where they are excited and then shudder with the excitement.They are enjoying the attention to their member,but there is no ejaculate.Then,there is that state where the glans of the penis has been so highly stimulated that they shudder with yet more excitement,and all the muscles in their body tenses up and then the ejaculate comes gushing out-this is the ultimate orgasm-The aforementioned,is what i will call the preliminaries,which you get during foreplay.It promises bigger things would come.

Let me first say I hope this is a give and receive situation, cause if it's not your missing out big time secondly if nothings cumming out how does he know that he's cumming, wouldn't that be like a female having an orgasm makes me wonder. If your not getting he maybe telling you this so that you can go down more frequently.

I all depends on how long he can hold back! Or maybe he had sex before seeing you i can last over a hour. But i never heard of no one ever not cumming from having oral sex! If he likes it should come easy. Don't mean to sound mean maybe it's not his thing!

Yup, it is possible for a guy to come and not have any semen come out.
Orgasm and release of semen are actually 2 different mechanisms in guys. They trigger at roughly the same time, but occassionally, it is possible for them to be out of sync, or for one to happen and the other not.
