Im 14 and about 110-120 pounds in weight, if not 100. That might seem normal but for me it isint, im really skinny and have no muscles, how can i gain weight thru food or muscle?

Have an extra 100 calories daily into your diet. For example, eat an extra bowl of cereal daily.

Eat more, DO less- & watch plenty of TV. That's what seems to work for MOST people in this Country... :)

Try eating a lot of high carb foods that are high in protein.
