well she wants to know how do you get back with someone you love after it was your decsion to let them go.....see she sees her ex-boyfriend all the time and she feels bad for hurting him...but she cant just take back the break up...the reason that she broke up with him in the first place was because every one keptcalling him lame and ugly...at first she didnt care but then it was way toooooooo many people saying it ....so to make it easy she broke it off.....she needs to know how to get back with him....she came to me with the problem and i told her to come to you guys....so can you help?

There's no easy way to fix this. By now he probably know why she dumped him, so he'll figure she's just shallow. But really the only chance she has is to apologize and grovel a bit. She doesn't need to demean herself, just make it very clear that she's really sorry.
The other thing she needs to look at first is why she broke up in the first place. Was it just to silence the critics, or did she secretly agree. If she agreed, then all she's trying to do now is get past her guilt. Hooking up with the guy again will just lead to another bad break up in this case.

there is no other way but just to try, tell her to be honest and open. I'm sure no trick will help but just good intentions
