Hi there !
I presume that you are taking steroids for asthma ?
Follow the following steps.
1.get the second opinion about the medicines you are taking now , from another "specialist in respiratory diseases" and stop unnecesary medications including "steroids" as they can give you complications in future .
2. stop / reduce the intake of rice, especially Basmati rice. If possible, switch over to boiled rice which are good for health.
3. take minimum medications and tell the doctor whether some of the oral medications can be substituted by inhalers, as they have less complications.
4. Substitute one meal with boiled vegetables and fruits .
5. avoid bakery items, fried items, non-veg food items etc etc.
6. start going for brisk walking, or jogging daily for a time period odf 45 minutes minimum.
If followed for one month, results assured !
best wishes !

I am sorry for the state you are in.While a balanced diet with all fatty stuff avoided will
help,I suggest you seriously take up walking.
Walk as many miles as you can without overstraining yourself. You need not do it in one long stretch.Walk as and when you get time.In
a couple of months you will start to feel the difference.Go ahead and give it the old college try.Happy slimming and the BEST OF LUCK.

Try lying on ur back, and lifting the legs up, in slow and gentle speed. Bring then perpendicular to your body , and then bring them down. U will feel the pull in the tummy region, but bring them down as slowly as u can, before touching the floor. repeat it 10 times each morning. the tummy muscles do get firmer this way.

The best way???
Stay away from diet pills. You never know when they kill.
Just exercise like crazy. Go jog or buy one of those videos that work out with you
