how can i make myself look attractive?

i have medium long dark brown hair and pretty green eyes. i'm a little short and average size. i don't "dress up" unless it's for work or a special occasion. i dress fairly conservatively with nice sweaters or tops and nice jeans and flip flops or nice shoes. how can i do my makeup, hair and clothes to make a guy really like my appearance?

You might go to one of the large department stores and have one of their make-up consultants help you. Find a good hair stylist. Wear a nice smile and be confident.
