Don’t forget to star if you like this question ... Hey this is only a reminder. I am not demanding. Don't star ... if you don't like it...

Every soldier wants to die for his country, protecting the land and its people. But many leaders play political games to help businessmen. Many want to steel oil, steel others resources, money and efforts. This being the hidden agenda, they wage war fooling the customers, giving different reasons. They play with the sentiments of innocents. They trigger the religious indifferences. Some misinterpret religious literatures and provoke people to kill each other.

As a responsible citizen of the world, it is my humble request to all leaders of the world to respect someone’s life and leave us to lead a simple happy life.

I Want everyone to throw some light on this. Share your feelings and provide some good ideas how we can make this world a better place for our future generation. Please use your intelligence to change others but not to attack me or my words. Thanks and REgards

How does my decision kill them? My decision is to support a decision that would get him out of the war.

Hey Karm, my family is in the Army. They don't support the war either (although they do fight in it), are they killing themselves? Is it suicide?

hmmm....

I support the war, and stand behind the President. We are doing the right thing. War itself may be terrible but what it symbolizes and stands for is not.

We can make the world a better place by seeing each other for what we really are, realizing that everyone else is a person too, choosing to do what is right and not what is easy, forgiving those who are and were wrong, judging only when we have too, standing together- for we are stronger together than we ever will be alone, accepting our mistakes, realizing that money doesn't matter anymore, forgetting our faults, excepting the truth, by being honest, voicing our opinions, shouting our solutions, praying for those who need it, helping those in need, crying when we need to, dying if we have to, and possibly watching the sunrise once in a while, for then and only then will many notice that we are not everything, only one of the many that matter.

I starred because other people should read your question and the world's answers.

And to reason with the other people who answered this question-
Soldier's do not want to die, they are willing to die if they have to as long as others keep going for the cause. You are wrong to say every solider wants to die for their country. They want to live for their country.

Lets all try to live for the world.

Every soldier wants to win. No soldier wants to die. No body achieves anything by dieing for their country.

The purpose is to defend the country. Your death can not guarantee country's safety. You should live to protect your country.

Only in India we brainwash people to die for the country and that is the base for all suicide bombings.

NO soldier WANTS to die for his country. We prefer the OTHER GUY dies for HIS country.

Tell those morons who want EVERYONE WHO IS NOT A MUSLIM to die about LEAVING US IN PEACE. You just wasted your time here.
Tell me what provoked those "peace loving Muslims" to murder thousands of innocent people on 9/11/01 (not all were Americans, but you didn't know that). Can you? Well? What did those people do to provoke them into murder?
Tell me what provokes men and women to blow themselves up and murder people who have nothing to do with their agenda. They don't care WHO they kill. What they do is like a bunch of Methodists going to the mall and blowing themselves up along with hundreds of others hoping to kill some Baptists!
To me, it seems you're parroting some male bovine excrement spreading know nothing. You need to get some facts straight before making yourself look as foolish again as you just did.

I'm not going to star your question because it doesn't make any sense.

By the way, UR is representative of the word "you're" not "your"

Soldiers don't want to die. They want to fight for their country. Dying for your country is how you lose a war.

...what? I don't believe I've EVER heard of a Soldier that decided to die for his country.

...some have made selfless decisions that resulted in death, but none would have chosen that option.

always remember what Patton said... "No poor dumb SOB ever won a war by dying for his country! You WIN A WAR by making the other poor dumb SOB die for HIS country!

Warm regards,
Douglas

Post Script: ...perhaps you worded your question wrong?

"Every soldier wants to die for his country, protecting the land and its people." - No, they don't WANT to die, they just know that it is possible and depending on what you do exactly, you stand more of a chance than others.
