myself I think they should let out all the mentally ill, because they have rights you know, what do you think

They are only mentally ill because they are stuck in there with all the other nutters. they should be freed and get social.

What do you mean let them out? If they are IN somewhere, they are probably getting treatment. And yes they have rights. If they can't act in their own behalf, they will have a court appointed advocate. The mentally ill sometimes do not know how to help themselves and can sometimes be dangerous to themselves or others.

Well, you are not serious, I know, because they couldn't take care of themselves really, many of them. They have rights, but if they can't take care of themselves, and are a danger to others or themselves, well, it might not be a good idea. Most of them have jobs in the government anyway though and have good insurance

for sure they have rights, but they are very well in the special places where they are, cause they will not commist accidents, will not hur themselves, and they will have all what they need from specialsits, imagin if you release them to the street who will take care of them? change their clothers? feed them? ...you?
so that's my answer i hope you agree with me.
