I hear you. But you must try to pull yourself together. What makes you thing you are losing all? Maybe things appear that way but what makes you feel it is?
Maybe it time to start afresh. Put the crap behind you and start again.
Maybe make small changes in your life. Giving yourself a bit more attention in the right way. Stop pulling yourself down. Learning to love yourself and concerntrate on whats good about you and not just your weaker points. We all have weaknesses. What are you focusing on?
Are the choices you are making today leading you where you want to be?
All the best.

Hi, what makes you auddenly feel this way? has this suddenly come on or is it ongoing?
I'm not a professional but it could be that you need someone to talk to...there are some things you can do,
one thing that helps me is prayer (I know you're going to think this is boring) but it works..well, you have nothing to lose, just talk to God, & tell Him how you feel, your hopes, etc everything & He WILL listen, I promise you, becuase we are His children & He will not let us down, so ask Him for help & tell him that is bothering you.
also, u can't say I'm losing my princilpes, becos principles are made by ourselves & can only be destroyed by us, so you are destroying your principles & I know I used to sometimes get self-destructive when I was younger & would subconsciously destroy things like my honour,my princilpes etc..Now that I look back,I was always in control & you are also in control of yourself & your life..
I don't know if you're able to, but this book really helped me when I started to look for help:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/You-Can-Heal-Your-Life/dp/0937611018/ref=pd_sim_b_2/203-9244793-4271132
or this one:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Power-Thoughts-Teens-Card-Decks/dp/1561708186/ref=sr_1_1/203-9244793-4271132?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1191144110&sr=1-1
I promise you, if you do the mental work & work on this book, you'll see miracles in your life, I promise..
I hope this is of some help,I'm sorry I can't be of more help, hang in there, we all go through something like this & you'll be fine.
xxGigi

While many of the awnsers here are good, I do not think anyone who is not a professional or has been through this problem should awnser this question.

You can't just think yourself out of it.

In one sentence 15 references to "I" or "me".

Find a cause. Do something outside yourself. Help someone!
There is always someone who is worse off than you are.

The result is you'll feel better about yourself and someone gets your help.

Get out and do it now. Forget about your anxiety.
