We adults are out numbered by the 14 y/o trolls(who give thumbs down, report every question they don't like....) 17:1.
So it's rare to get a response let alone an intelligent one at that.
BTW---Immigration and Singles/Dating are two of the hottest boards for the youngsters to play their games.
Good Luck.......

Sometimes the people here just answer to make a smart comment. Sometimes we get people who think that just because it's that way at home means it's the same everywhere (which couldn't be more wrong especially in religion and politics).
If you don't understand the question ask them to elaborate. Some give such broad questions like "Can I legitimately migrate?" (and nothing else) and you have to ask "What are your circumstances," "What country do you come from," "what can you offer a country" in order to give decent help.
Personally I think that if you're English isn't that good you should at least do a spell check (like the one Answers uses) or run your questions through an online translator. You should also try to post as much detail as possible that you feel comfortable with as the rules can change over the years (especially with citizenship). It's a bit much to expect a fully loaded answer with links everywhere (covering 3 generations of rules) backing up what people say if you ask a one line question.

People are like that sometimes. It's easy to insult people sitting in front of a keyboard. They should be more understanding, but life doesn't work that way. One of the problems with immigration is that most Americans can't stand foreigners, no matter what they say. So I think that's probably what got so many people insulting that particular asker.

You are right! Maybe people who are a little insecure about whether they could learn a second language feel a need to criticize others for whom English is a second language? Tolerance and understanding are way underrated.

You have to understand the majority of people using this site have no idea what is going on. Asking a question on here is like going to the Ghetto to ask for financial advice. I once saw an answer on here telling someone young kid to bleach her hair, and to try it on her eyelashes to make it look natural.
Like... OMG!
So anyone looking for legitimate answers- maybe ought to seek a legitimate counselor. But for an opinion= yahoo is your site!!!!

We all are exercising our right to the "Freedom of Speech" which is written in the constitution...if you're an American citizen, you would understand that...And, "NO," on the contrary, this site if very informative and necessary to learn about other people's opinion...that's what this country is built on, FREEDOM!!! Your can thank your Forefathers, and the American soldiers who are risking their lives everyday, defending your right to this FREEDOM of speech. There are no rules, and the second part of this questions is an insult in itself, isn't it????????????

I totally agree. If its a question that you feel you don't want to answer or can't answer move on to the next one. Some people come on here to get some more opinions there is nothing wrong with that.
