A position like that should be a long term goal, not something you expect early on in your career.
You will have to spend several years in a uniform (gaining valuable experience). When you finally earn a transfer into investigations you won't begin doing major crimes, you have to again spend time gaining experience and earning that transfer. Not a bad goal to shoot for though, just make sure the job is what you think it is and it is what you really want. Police work is not much like you see on TV.

To be a crime scene investigator you should start taking related classes. A background in criminal justice is good if you are going to follow through with this. If not, it is like getting your degree from a cracker jack box because there is not much you can do with it. You will take similar classes to what you have now. Speak with your school administration office and see what they have to offer in that area of expertise.

Don't become well known in the department. Stay under the radar until you have enough time under your belt to move over to detectives. Meanwhile familiarize yourself with gang and the RICO laws and your departments procedures regarding them. Also get to know your detectives that are handling those cases and the FBI special agent that is the liaison with your department.

Don't plan on getting too involved right away. Most deparments select promotions to specail units from the patrol department, from those who have already demonstrated good work ethic and good police skills.
You will have to serve your time in patrol, get good at that, and show the motivation to get promoted.

First, learn how to write a sentence. Second, stop writing that texting short crap. Third, get an education.
