----WE ARE NOT talking about eggs(3 parts) & water(3 forms) existing at the same time BUT of God & Christ & their relationship?
--WE IN FACT are talking about the 2 greatest & different personages( Jehovah & Christ), with qualities of love, wisdom , power , justice in a family relationship of Father & Son, are we not?
--WHEN JESUS used illustrations he always was CAREFUL that the illustration did indeed make sense and have a reasonable application to each other!
--WHAT CORRELATION do eggs or water have in relation to the family arrangement of father & Son, where love, kindness, appreaciation, etc. are the main ingredients to anything having to do with family?

-ARE WE TO assume that the yoke of the egg has love & goodness available to be expressed to the shell or egg whites?
-ILLUSTRATIONS ARE worthless if they do not reasonably match in similarities to each other--is that not so?
-SHOULD we accept any idea in proving the unreasonable teaching of the trinity---no matter what?

--NOT REBUKED!
--SIMPLY BECAUSE JESUS DID NOT take that Thomas was teaching any equality that Jesus had with Jehovah God!--or being a TRINITY!
--HE FOCUSED ON THE problem , that Thomas, was WEAK IN FAITH for his expressed surprize that, Jesus was there before him, resurrected!
--HE THUS commented on the problem of Thomas' acting like an unbeliever when he said:
(John 20:27) “. . ., and stop being unbelieving but become believing.””

--HIS rebuke to Thomas , was because of his unbelief not because he was teaching the trinity!

--WHY WOULD you or anyone take Thomas' words as a teaching, if in fact he doubted Jesus words of resurrection, OF WHICH HE DID?
--WITH SUCH little explanation as to this dialogue of Christ & Thomas recorded--WHY WOULD anybody put much stock on a surprized expression?

--THIS WAS similar to the rebuke Jesus gave the entire 11 apostles for not believing Mary Magdalene:
(Mark 16:14) “and he reproached their lack of faith and hardheartedness,..

Why haven't you ;heard "ITS A MYSTERY" thats the only arguement they can make, I contridicts everything in the scriptures, when on earth Jesus taught from the OT, nowhere in there is Jehovah sharing his glory with anyone, In fact Jesus always gave all credit to his father, never did he claim equalilty

(1 Corinthians 11:3) 3 But I want YOU to know that the head of every man is the Christ; in turn the head of a woman is the man; in turn the head of the Christ is God.

Psalm 50:6 states that "God Himself is judge." If Christ is Judge (see Romans 3:6, 14:10; 1 Corinthians 5:13; Hebrews 12:23, 13:4), then He is God.

In John 20:28, Thomas calls Jesus "My Lord and my God", and he is not rebuked.

God makes angels, humans, dogs, etc. Humans beget humans, dogs beget dogs, mushrooms beget mushrooms, etc. Humans make chairs, houses, art, etc. Jind only begets kind. Christ is the Father's only begotten (not made) Son (see John 1:14&18, 3:16; Hebrews 11:17; 1 John 4:9). God begets God. While in our perception, they seem at times divided, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are indeed One.

In John 8:58 Jesus says, "Before Abraham was born, I AM". Note that he does not say "I was". This enrages the Jews so badly because "I am" in Hebrew is "YHWH". In declaring this, he uttered ha-shem, "the Name", in reference to himself. If He were not God, he would be a blasphemer.

Isaiah 40:3 says the voice in the wilderness prepares the way for YHWH. John the Baptist says that he is that voice, but he prepared the way for Jesus. Therefor, Jesus is YHWH.

Please read John 14:9-10.

There are multiple passages that show the unity of Jesus and Jehovah, but there are no passages that uphold the unity of Jesus and the Archangel Michael. There are the Revelation passages that say that Jesus led an army of angels and Michael led an army of angels, but nowhere does anyone say to Jesus "My Lord and my Archangel" and nowhere does Jesus say "before Abraham was born, I was an Archangel."

The parable was thought up when a Trinitarian was boiling an egg in hot water LOL.

When you see an egg shell, you don't say, "oh look, there’s an egg!", you say, "there's an egg shell".

Similarly, when Jesus asked the disciples who they thought he was, they said "he is the SON of God" not "God himself".

Comparing the trinity to an egg is way oversimplifying it, like you said. It does not take into account the relationship.

Question for Trinitarians:

If Jesus was God, then why did God have more authority over him? Why did Jesus look up to heaven, to God, for everything? Why did he speak to himself?

The trinity is very easy to explain.
It's like a shamrock - one flower with 3 petals. Thimple! :D

I learned that from the movie: "Nuns on the Run". I recommend it! It's funny! :D
