ID Ten T Error
I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Rick the computer guy, to come over. Rick clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem. He gave me a bill for a minimum service call. As he was walking away, I called after him, "So, what was wrong?"
He replied, "It was an ID ten T error."
I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired: "An ID ten T error? What's that ... in case I need to fix it again?"
The computer guy grinned.... "Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?"
"No," I replied.
"Write it down," he said, "and I think you'll figure it out." So I wrote out ....... I D 1 0 T

LOL! That was actually a very cute joke! I usually don't understand computer humor, but this one was easy enough for all of the "ID ten T"s out there.
Of course I'll give you a star! I always star the good jokes and then go back after a while and read them again!

I've heard this one before, but it's still funny:
My father is an engineer, and he built a part for this one company. When they recieved it, they said that it didn't work. He found out that they had mistaken the part number, and were trying to use it completely wrong. When they asked what the correct part number was, so that this mistake would not happen again, he told them it was ID 10 T. (Later on, before he left, he told them the real part number. But it's still a funny story.)
