is it good for you...and is it true it help with leg cramps..what else is it good for?

It has Quinine in it that is what helps with leg cramps - don't drink too much at a time though (8-12 oz a day max) or you will get a ringing in your ears (not dangerous but really annoying) it is great with vodka or gin and lime. Cheers!
