Assuming you're asking about a one on one turn on and not the whole barroom full of guys there's:
Indirect:
Sexy clothing with boobage.
Showing interest in what he's saying.
Touching his leg while seated next to him.
Eye to eye contact, with that special hot look?
Dropping hints as to what could be coming later.
Direct:
The hands down the pants almost always works.
Tell him you're horny and want to ****.
Anything along those lines will get you some.
