CAD pain is at center of chest mostly, especially age of 30 is very low risk. New England medical journal explained the tiny broken piece from a plaque is sharp like a razor which can hurt the artery wall. Currently no cardiology technology can do anything about that except an aspirin. Better to see a lung doctor to get X-ray of chest to see any small crack at ribs and lung.

I'm not a doctor, so please don't take my word for this, but you might look into "Thoracic Outlet Syndrome." Search for it and see if your symptoms match up to what you find.

Some of the symptoms can replicate the feeling of a heart attack. If the pectoralis minor muscle becomes either too weak, or too stressed (overloaded with you working it often), the muscle can pinch the brachial vein and artery, and the nerves that run into your arm, as well. This will change the sensations in your chest and the left arm.

BUT, it can have other causes, too...too numerous to list here.

If I was in your situation, I would explore visiting other doctors, not just the cardiologist. Maybe a chiropractor...

if pain is deep...get some potassium, available almost anywhere, take 2 with evening meal and 1 with morning meal.
If potassium deficiency is the problem it will be gone in 3/4 days. If not , get simethacone at pharmacy (for gas pain)
