ALL have sinned and fallen short of God's standard.
Jesus has made a way where there was no way,
by becoming a substitute - He died and took the punishment for sin which you and I and the whole of mankind deserved.
Jesus Christ is the Saviour of the world.
Each person has to settle this matter - accept or reject the Savior.
Have you any room for Jesus?
He who bore your load of sin
As He comes and asks admission
Sinner will you let Him in?
Room for Jesus, King of glory
Hasten now, His Word obey
Swing Your hearts' door widely open
Bid Him enter, while you may.
Room for pleasure, room for business
But for Christ the Crucified
Not a place that He can enter
In your heart for which He died

Man needs a Savior because he is a fallen, sinful creature. Every human being has disobeyed God’s Word and, consequently, is under the condemnation and wrath of God in his natural, or unsaved, state. Jesus Christ provides the Only Way to be saved from spending eternity in Hell. Only if Christ has paid the penalty for our sins can we stand without condemnation before God. In other words: if we do not have Christ as our Savior, we must pay for our own sins in Hell. The Bible explains how mankind got into this predicament as follows:
(1) God set up a test for our first parents in the Garden of Eden by His Word, or Law: Genesis 2:16-17 “And the LORD God commanded the man [Adam], saying, Of every tree of the garden [Eden] thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.”
(2) Satan, a fallen spirit being, deceived man into rebelling against God: Genesis 3:4-5 “And the serpent [Satan] said unto the woman [Eve], Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”
(3) Adam’s pride caused him to fail the test. He disobeyed God’s Word (Law), and he fell into sin: Genesis 3:6 “And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.”
(4) Adam’s sin of disobedience brought death into the world: Genesis 3:17-19 “And unto Adam he [God] said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life; Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.”
(5) As descendants of Adam and Eve, mankind has inherited a sinful nature; and, consequently, the whole human race is infected with sin, is in rebellion against God, and is subject to death: Romans 5:12 “Wherefore, as by one man [Adam] sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” Psalms 51:5 “Behold, I was shapen in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me.” Psalms 58:3 “The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.”
(6) God gave Satan (the Devil) and other fallen angels (demons) rule over unsaved man because Satan spiritually conquered mankind with his deception: John 8:44 [Jesus said] “Ye are of your father the devil [Satan], and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” 1 John 3:8 “He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” 2 Corinthians 4:3-4 “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world [Satan] hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.”
(7) Disobeying God’s Word (Law) is sin: 1 John 3:4 “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.”
(8) Man is alienated from God in his natural state because of his sins: Proverbs 15:29 “The LORD is far from the wicked [unsaved]: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous [saved].” Psalms 34:16 “The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.” Romans 3:10-11, 23 “… There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God… For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
(9) The penalty for sin is eternal damnation in Hell: Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” John 3:36 “He [one who is saved] that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he [one who is not saved] that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”
The Bible teaches that at the end of the world all the wicked will come under eternal punishment in a place called Hell, and this time may be very near. There is much Biblical evidence that points to the fall of 2011 as the end of the world.
