I have already cooled the roast over night. Is there anything I can do now to make it more moist, or too late.

I'm sure you cooked it to long so it is dry and you can't now make it have more moisture inside. If you serve it with a light sauce it will be more moist on the plate.
A meat thermometer is the ONLY way to be sure and anything over medium will be dry.

I made roast beef a few weeks ago and it was really really moist. Instead of cooking it in a pan - cook it directly on the middle oven rack (fat side up) with a drip pan under it on the rack below it so you can use that for gravy. As the roast beef cooks the fat drips all over it making it really juicy. season it beforehand with olive oil pepper and salt. Make about five slits in the beef and slide in very thin garlic cloves. Cook 375 for half an hour then lower the heat to 250 the rest of the cooking time. I'm telling you it was the best roast beef i have had in a long time.

2 Beef Buillion cubes
1 & 1/2 cups boiling water

Dissolve cubes in water. Pour over beef while reheating, just keep basting it. Let it soak in. This has saved several roast for me. When you put leftovers away makes sure you pour this onto meat for storage.

The natural juices can be absorbed into the meat if you just baste it or let it stew in the fridge. You can totally salvage the whole thing by chopping into tiny little pieces with the fat, then add a little water and barbeque sauce. Drip beef or chopped beef sandwich.

Not unusual, sometimes when you cook beef long enough to get tender, it shreds and seems dry when cutting. I would suggest either a gravy, au jus or serve it with barbeque sauce for a change.

Maybe serve with a gravy. Use the fat and juices form meat thicken with flour roux or corn starch, i sometimes thincken mine with instant mashed potatoes in a pinch. Use a canned gravy or use onion soup mix and thicken. sometimes my roast would get dry because i dont think i let mine rest and cut it letting all juices come out, i jsut cook in crock ppot now lol
good luck

My mom taught me to brown the roast beef on all sides in 2 tablespoons of oil first. Then cook as you usually do. Browning it seals in all the jucies.
