A question about a girl?

Ok so this girl I have been dating has gone radio silent on me. Here's the back story. We only went out once before she had to go leave the state to visit her grandfather, who died last Sun while she was there. Although we have only been out once we have talked or chatted almost every day for the last month. Well, I haven't heard from her since Tuesday, which is uncharacteristic. I left her a few messages though. Should I be concerned?

she might be really sad about her granmas death. give it time, death can be hard to deal with sometimes.
