He still hasn't quite figured out the idea of punishing individuals for their own sins.

You have jumbled a few things together that are not true.
We are all Adam's descendants. His defects were passed on down to us. That is why we die. (Romans15:4)
Jesus' sacrifice of his perfect human life balanced the scales of justice. He and his Father personify justice. By doing this they bought back mankind from Adam's sin. By his dying without children, that potential balanced Adam's reality of family.
It was perfect justice in play. Though it cost a good deal of pain, it was the right course. Something we should consider before blaming God or Jesus for conditions.

Simple. It balances the scales of justice. Jesus' sacrifice nullified the effects of Adam's sin. The benefits have yet to be applied.

Adam Kicked GOD out of this Creation.
Adam let satan into this Creation---satan Kills, Steals and Destroys.
When Jesus comes back, First Thing to do---lock up all of devils with satan.
Then, Peace on the Earth for 1000 Years, till satan is let back out.

Thats because it isnt true, god doesnt punish people for what other people did if they didnt have anything to do with it.its like saying that my freind killed a guy and now im supposed to die in order for him to be forgiven???????. that is just obsurd and goes against his name "the merciful". jesus was just a prophet. telling man that there is a god and worship him. there is only 1 God almighty. devils, man and angles being his creation. every one of them can go to god and confess and start wishing for forgiveness of their sins. What christians have in their mind is what the "elder" taught them and wish for them to pass it on whether its right or wrong.

because after Adam...everyone sinned and deserved to be punished.
and after Jesus, everyone was forgiven who wanted to be....
only Jesus could have handled a burden that large.

i look at it as spiritual law ... one man sinning brought a curse .. one man not sinning and killed unjustly undid it ..
