You need to clarify what the song is for, is this for the ceremony? Or for the reception?
If it is for the ceremony, it doesn't matter how long the song is because you musicians will be able to play as long as needed.
I cna't think of why you would need a song this long for the reception so I am guessing this is for the ceremony.

Is it for the ceremony or reception? If it's for the procession in the ceremony, Pachabel's Canon in D is beautiful! I believe it's exactly 5 min. Also, Andante Cantabile (don't know the composer) is 7 mins.

The song I am using for the first dance is 5:30min long. It;s done by Jamie Cullum. It's called "What a difference a day makes" Its on his "twentysomething" album. It's great!
