Depends where you want the tattoo, if you want it on the top of your head you have to wait till you go bald, thats about 67.

The law says 18 - I don't know how strict they are about ID nowadays. I was 14 when I had my first one. There are quite a few tattoo parlours near me and most seem to have prominent signs up regading minors - obviously they don't want to get shut down. Bear in mind that if you had one underage and someone reported the tattooist, the fine for the poor sod could put him out of business.

whats all this adult consent ****?? you have to be 18!!!! if a tattooist gives anyone under the age of 18 a tattoo in the U.K he will be done for child abuse, have his shop shut down, could face prison and be put on a sex offenders list
