Your quotes are Matt 6:25-32 which is one of Jesus' sermons on the mount where he was telling his listeners to not be overly concerned about the everyday anxieties of life, because God knew their needs and would supply them, but they were also told to put God's Kingdom first.....serving Him and doing His will was to be foremost in their lives.
The second part of your question is found in Phillipans 4:6 it speaks about being thankful for Gods's provisions as well as letting Him know our needs, although He already does....again, putting God first in our lives and not worrying about the things that trap and entangle the world around us.
Read the whole account in Phillipians 4: 1-23

Paul is basically saying "Don't worry about anything that you do. Just put your cares in the hand of God." The word "worry" comes from a Latin word that means "to strangle", and that's exactly what it does. God wants to relieve you of your worry and stress and give you peace in its place. Pray about all troubles, and then give them to God to fix. What else is a loving Father for?

It means don't worry. Everything is in God's hands. Trust in the Lord. And, before doing anything make sure you pray about it.

And Matt 6:34 says, "Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof". Meaning, What will be will be.
That's the meaning.

If the Lord tells you to do something, just do it, but in any confusion, pray for understanding and guidance.
