Probably because of the Christian, Muslim, etc fanatics out there that make your/mine life misery if we ascribe to their brand of murder and torture (religion)! God is in everything, so why subscribe to the religions that commit the attrocities that we see every day on the news, etc?
Treat people as you would like to be treated, otherwise leave them alone!
My "Father lives in many houses", therefore you don't have to go to a church/mosque to find God. Religion has been hijacked by the murderers and torturers, but I pray he gives the fundamentalists what for in their lifetime!!

I have not, because I like being in control of my own life. I take responsibility for my actions and don't blame or give credit to anyone else. I don't believe in sin, hell, the devil, or those other threats that keep people in fear. They're mere control tactics. Jesus died and rose again just like several other gods who preceded him by thousands of years. If you knew more about history, you might sing a different tune.

I have not accepted Jesus Christ as my lord and savior.
There is no evidence to support that this Jesus existed, or is god, or the son of god. Additionally, I do not accept anyone as lord, since I am not a serf or slave.
I also do not accept anyone as my savior, since there is no danger from which I need to be saved.
Have you accepted the invisible pink unicorn that lives in my garage as your lord and savior? If not, why not?

I appreciate that this is your point of view, but I don't think that this is an appropriate place to be showcasing it. These are forums meant for people of all belief systems, and to display yours here so prominently, asking others to join in could cause offence. Which is something that Jesus would have wanted to avoid.

Why not? Because no one and nothing has ever managed to convince me that there is a god or gods of any kind whatsoever. I don't 'accept' things just because my parents, teachers, pastors or some archaic work of fiction tells me to.

Nobody but the absolute worst deserve hell. At worst you just gotta go there for a couple of weeks, then you can move to heaven. Just accept God, and you should be good to go!
