Get a fart machine and put it where they sit and every once in a while, just push the remote button and watch peoples faces. They did that at my boyfriends family reunion. It took a while for people to figure it out. It was an uncle that they never suspected. He had put it at the door near shoes and pushed it when people came in the door. It was pretty funny as they were all laughing so hard they kept a red face even though it wasn't them. Keep a straight face.

If you have a kitchen with a linoleum floor, buy a toy mouse and tie some fishing string to it. Place it on one side of the kitchen, and sit on the other side (hidden). Set up an inconspicuously place camera and turn it on.
When a friend or family member walks through, pull the string so the mouse "scurries" across the kitchen and tape their reaction! LOOOOL...
I saw a tape of this exact thing, and a regular guy screamed higher than any female when this was done to him.

you could tell them to drink water from a glass. then tell them the water was lying there for two days. they will not like this joke and give you a weird expression.
Then you tell them you were joking. but they will not believe you and say think that you are trying to cover it up
and you will be black listed
that would be a real prank and its not that they would go mad
but you definitely will
