Most of my cats go regularly every day. Like the other poster I wouldn't worry too much and if something doesn't "happen" today, then I would go to the vet late Sunday even if it means the ER vet.

Canned food is the best for cats and I would advise you to use the best quality you can get for them - Wellness, CA Natural, Innova, Natural Balance. The grocery store foods, both canned and dry are very poor quality.

At http://www.littlebigcat.com Dr. Jean Hovfe has many excellent articles on cat nutrition including "Why Cats Need Canned Food", "Selecting a Good Commercial Pet Food", etc. It's a great place to get "educated" about what to feed your kittens to promote and maintain them in the best of health.

It's typical for a lot of animals to go every day. I'm not one to normally say "rush to the vet" at the slightest hint of a problem, so I'd suggest waiting another day and see if kitty's problem clears up, if not you might take her to the vet.
