No, (they are 8 and 3). My two children also think that the "s"-word is "shut-up" or "stupid". My hubby and I are very careful not to swear in front of the kids (which took a lot of work on my hubby's part), and do not allow family/friends to swear when the kids are around either. We feel it is disrespectful, as well as giving the appearance of ignorance/lack of education. It's just not something I want my kids doing. I grew up believing it was inappropriate (my parents did not swear) and I still do not swear in front of my parents.

I have three kids ages 8, 10, 11
No, they do not swear in front of me...but, I am sure they probably let an occasional bad word slip when they are with their friends...I remember being a kid.

They probably do with their friends or behind my back or under their breathe but if ever I heard or caught them they would be in for it I can't stand kids swearing.

No and I'd be down on my son like a ton of bricks if he did.
I'm 35 and I wouldn't dream of swearing in front my parents either.

Teenage girl - every once in a while, but usually in internet-abbreviated form (OMG, for example)
Two elementary school kids - not at all. I found out a few months ago that my 7yo son thinks that "the 's' word" is 'Shut Up' (which is considered a 'bad word' in our house, anyway - so he doesn't say it) & that "the 'f' word" is 'fart' (because it's not a polite word to say) :-)
