Di, If you feel that you are a harm to yourself or to others and are incapable of thinking in a realistic manner than you really need to be evaluted for any problems surrounding your problems and there are people in the proffessional field that can and will help you, But to be totally committed to a hospital for insanity a doctor would have to do that for you, And or a court of law for a crime that goes far beyond what I feel that your capible of doing, or you wouldnt of ask that question,, Talk to your family doctor or someone older that can help your get back on track with yourself,,, I know its not easy and i know sometimes that there seems to be no end to the insanity that surrounds us, but there is a light at the end of that tunnel thats so dark,, take care of yourself and I wish you well,, Keep a postive attitude,,, it helps me everyday x0x0x0x neesha1723@yahoo.com

Are you a danger to yourself and/or others? If the answer is yes, you need to go to a hospital now, or call the police, or dial 911. Each of these groups are trained to deal with people who suffer from uncontrollable urges to harm.
E-mail me. Tell me your story.
I've been in the mental hospital twice, and definitely been suicidal many, many times. I suffer from chronic depression and anxiety disorder. I was first diagnosed 20 years ago. Maybe I can help you...
