I know drs. Baker and Aston. But I have heard that Dr. Baker had performed operation on Farrah Fawcett. And almost everyone knows that Dr. Aston had a death?

First of all, not all deaths that occur are the doctor's fault! Bizarre stuff happens such as malignant hyperthermia, patient's lying to their doctors or not disclosing information, complications due to allergies to anesthesia that were not known, etc. There are many reasons and it does not mean the doctor was at fault so find out before you assume the doctor is not the best. Almost all doctors (even the most world renowned), regardless of their specialty, have had a death at one time or another.
