healthy acorn squash, pumpkin, butternutsquash, hubbard, all theses squashes twice a day about a 1 pound cooked with little bit of cinnamon and splenda would that be okay to have for a diet to keep me full and healthy, plus eating the seeds from them toasted like pumpkin seeds, not that this is all i'm eating but will this help me stay healthy eating that for breakfast lunch and dinner and having other veggies fruits grains and soy milk tofu all that because i'm a vegan. but to keep me from eating too much would that be okay?

squash is yummy and really good for you. If you like it as a snack to keep you from hunger pains then it's a great idea. 1 cup of most squashes has only about 25 calories and lots of vitamins and other good things. I wouldn't recommend it as a complete meal by itself because you'll soon tire of it and one vegetable cannot supply your body with all the nutrients it needs but it sure can be a big part of any meal..good luck

That nutritionally-imbalanced diet will probably kill you. You should look up nutritional values to avoid missing out on some of the amino acids that vegans often don't work into their diets. That seems like a lot more emphasis on squash than would make sense.
