But are there any nurses or doctors on here that may be able to help me out with a few medical questions about my three month old son via email. I am having no luck with many many doctors in my area.
My son has a swollen eye, swollen right side of the face and fevers that come and go. He also thrashes his head at anything hard. Hes had an mri and not one doctor knows what is wrong with him

This sounds like a very serious problem. I would keep trying until someone can figure out what is going on. Check into university medical centers, they may provide some answers.

Get the doctor to refer you to a neurologist...a nerve doctor...
This is not normal..
Has your son been treated for an ear infection? How about his gums, are they normal looking...
He may have a blocked tear duct and if it is blocked, it could become infected...
Has your son had a cat scan? Ultrasound? Any other kind of test besides the mri?
Demand that he have more tests...blood work and things of that nature..
