EAT HEALTHY
and
EXERCISE MORE.
There is no "quick and easy" way to lose weight. sure you can starve yourself for a week and lose 10 lbs, but thats all water weight, not actual fat. to get the FAT gone, you need to do those 2 things. Any other solution presented here will only make you gain the weight back (and very often actually gain MORE weight) as soon as you stop it.

I wouldn't try the fastest way, as you'll just pile the pounds back on when you start eating normally again.
I have found that bodyoptimise.com is a great diet, you don't have to go and get weighed in front of people and the recipes are great.
The first tew weeks you'll probably lose half a stone and that will make you feel better.

i chanced on the e book to be very informative and undemanding to study. i've got misplaced 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in basic terms in contact that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too in the present day. i will admit i've got no longer accompanied the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the indexed meals and meal plans (yet in general) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden retains flying off. the fastest way to lose weight is the akins diet. but it is ment for a short time use. the go back on a healthy balanced diet. see your GP to see if you need to go on a diet and which one would be sutible for you.
dont ever starve yourself! it wont work as soon as you start eating normally again!!!

hi, first of all dont go drastically changing yourself and making yourself into some skinny size zero s***, most men i know think stick insect woman are disgusting and prefer a woman with some curves i am 5ft 10 a size 14 and i have booty! my man loves it and wudn't change it for the world, but if your really over weight and are depressed about it going to the gym and cutting out all fatty foods will help.

I agree with the person on top of me(?!) Losing weight by eating stupid celeb portions is v unhealthy. You have a better chance of keeping it off if you eat healthy in moderation and exercise!
(I meant 'whoamee111 but the person on top of me now is right too!)

if you want to lose weight it will take a while, excersize, eat healthy... all that stuff.
if you need to lose weight quickly, the only answer is plastic surgery. losing weight isn't a fast and easy thing to do.
