How are you eating habits? You need to incorporate lean meats, fresh fruits and veggies into your diet, as well as whole grains and low-fat dairy. Don't count calories, just eat a well balanced diet. Like for example, a bowl of special K (or your favorite healthy cereal is fine) with low fat milk and a piece of fruit for breakfast, then for a snack mid morning try a low fat yogurt. For lunch, have a grilled chicken breast with lemon on a whole what bun or bread with lettuce, tomato, low fat mayo with some crunchy carrot or celery sticks on the side with a low fat dressing to dip them in. Then maybe a sugar free jello or pudding. Then mid day for a snack you could have a few pretzels, or an apple ...are you getting the idea, healthy. For dinner, grill a lean steak, with some rice pilaf and steamed broccoli... so good. For a snack later on try some light ice cream or granola bar. Make sure you take a multiple vitamin everyday and drink lots of water. Exercise at least 4 days a week. Cardio for at least 40 minutes. If you do this you will lose those 20 lbs for sure.

Eat Baked Chicken
1/2 cup brown rice
1 1/2 cups broccolli

Drink lots of water like at least 6 bottles a day.

For breakfast eat a package of oatmeal in the ready made packages which is about 3/4 cup from microwave. Eat a 4" piece of turkey sausage from the microwave.

Lunch an energy bar will work.

Walk for at least 15 minutes each day.

You are on the right track, as you're exercising frequently, and you aren't obese. Just remember these things as you try to lose weight:

-- Increase your water intake -- a lot -- by substituting water for diet soft drinks, juice, etc.
-- When the hunger pangs come, drink water instead. Hunger pangs are sometimes a message that you're thirsty.
-- Walk for half an hour before each meal to increase your metabolism, and aid your digestion.
-- Eat high-fiber, low fat foods, and increase fresh vegetables and fruits. You need _variety_!
-- Knock out the 'processed' foods: white pasta, white breads, white rice, packaged meals, etc. Opt instead for whole grain foods, and preparing your own 'packaged' meals to take to work that you make from whole foods: e.g., veggie and tofu stir fry with brown rice, or pasta salad made from whole grain pasta, fresh veggies, and a pesto dressing.

Let the weight come off slowly and naturally, and with a change in your style of eating. In this way, the weight will stay off, and it won't boomerang back on. All the best to you . . .

Normal ways of loosing fat without starving:
1.Eat celery, it might tatse bad but you really loose calories then gain because its made up of water.
2.Exersice, go run, lift some wights, play basketball or swim, notonly do you loose weight but get a natural glow to your skin.
3.Cut back on snacks, 3 meals a day is enough, plus try putting a salad to expand your stomache making it thinkits full when its not.
4.Making out looses 120 calories!!!
5.Be smart about your food, know when ineough is enough and dont put just anything in your mouth.

HOPE THIS HELPED!!!

Actually, 5'3 and 120 pounds is NOT overweight. It is within the normal range on the Body Mass Index chart (used by health professionals). DO NOT STOP EATING (as one of the answers before mine suggested, or you'll end up gaining more weight. Just keep exercising regularly(3 times a week) and eating healthy, but don't go overboard or it might lead to anorexia.

well........first of all i think a good weight for u would be like 110.....i would start by figuring out how many calories ur body needs....http://www.my-health-and-fitness.org/calorie-burning-calculator.php. then eat less than the amount they tell you........u will lose weight.....make sure u exercise and drink plenty of water...in fact u should knock out every other drink in ur diet except for water(diet herbal teas are good too)....Don't eat because ur bored.....make sure u eat breakfats every morning as soon as possible when u wake up(this kick starts ur metabolism) maybe do a few jumping jacks or sit-ups to get ur heart rate up and burning calories.....dont eat a whole lot at meals(in between eat little healthy snacks; keeps matabolism going) Stay away from people or places who will influence u to eat unhealthily........try ur best in this and its good to write down everything that u eat........u'll be amazed at how well these methods work..........stick to this and try to make it into a lifestlye so the weight will stay off! Hope i helped-good luck:-)

Just keep yourself moving. Weight loss does not take place in a couple of days. It takes place in a couple of months. It can only be done through aerobic exercise such as bicycling, jogging, running and by consuming less calories than you burn while doing the specific exercise.

well all u need to do is eat fruits and vegetables everyday...maybe instead of having white bread go with wheat...and keep exercising maybe jog around the block twice a day once in the morning once in the evening...cut out all fatty foods...go to subway...try the lemonade diet make your own lemonade and put maple syrup instead of sugar and drink in when ever you feel hungry...no more sodium and very few calories...you will see results in no time! good luck

no, you should weigh 115 lbs. eat right with proper portions and get exercise every day. drink lots of water. you probably don't have to do much to lose 5 pounds, which you might not need to lose anyway.
