The best foods to eat are fruits and veggies. Along with good proteins. Red meats are high in iron, and you need whole grains. What you should stay away from is junk, and a lot of carbs. Some carbs are good ,but you do not need to eat pasta everyday with a lot of bread. You really should take to a nutritionist if you are trying to be the healthiest you can be.

avoid foods with fat or sugar or both. eat lean meat, fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, low fat dairy products. drink more water than anything else.

dun always eat deep fried food.. in fact.. reduce on all kinds of oily food.
