eat foods that are high in fiber, like whole grains. keep the skin on fruits and vegetables as much as possible.

Fiber choice is good, I use it it has 2g of fiber in each chewable tablet and it states you should take 2 of them. The recommended dose is 4g a day.

I hear good things about benefiber, and eating prunes. Benefiber is relatively a tasteless powder you can add to any drink.
