It sure is a cute puppy and yes to me it looks like a cross between a Pomeranian and one of my beloved Papillons. Paps are very smart dogs get to clicker training as fast as you can Pom's also very smart you have yourself one heck of a "mutt" there you will be head over heals in love in no time clicker training is so easy go to the pet store get a clicker and some treats cut them up very small watch the how of bow wow and the how of bow wow 2 and you will be on your way to having the smartest dog in the neighborhood! Good luck with your cutie pie!

Hi There,
I am owned by 7 Pomeranian and dependent on the age of this pup to me looks like a young Pom going threw there stage of filling in all there adult hair (Monkey Stage)
If you are being told he is a mix there is a good possibility he is a Carin Terrier/Papillon Mix On Moms Side and Dad was a Full Pom as In My years of breeding I have noticed that the males always take after Daddy and the little Gals Take after Mom
So I would say it is very likely you are being told the proper information he just resembles his Daddy a Full Blooded Pom
Either way he is awfully Dog gone adorable and I really hope you adopt Him he has a irresistible Face
Good Luck to you and The new Pup

As soon as I saw it, I thought it was a pomeranian papillon mix, before I read anything else. I am pretty positive that's what it is.

He is not a Cairn Terrier mix by any means. He looks like a Papillon mix to me. I see no Cairn Terrier in him though.
