to be flexible
im 105 pounds and im 5"2 and 12 years old
and i can do a split but im worried that ill be 2 fat to much else with my back and stuff.. :'( i really want to be extremely flexible

No, you don't. A good friend of mine is a full-figured girl and she is always in the newspaper for winning some dance competition. While I, on the other hand, am a very skinny girl and can't even do a stupid split!!!! My friend is pretty, too--fit fat looks great.

105 is NOT overweight for 5'2! I'm 5'2 and 115 and I'm towards the lower end of the healthy weight spectrum. With your back do you mean walkovers & flips? Just stretch a lot, make a bridge with your back, walk your hands down the doorframe, etc and you'll get there.

No! I'm fat and I am pretty flexible. Your skinny hun, don't lose weight. I wish I weighed 105 lol

Hi,

Flexibility has nothing to do with weight, if you are
flexible and maintain your flexibility, then that's how
you'll remain no matter what. There are many people
that are heavy, but they also are flexible. Remember that.

you don't have to be skinny period. as long as you eat right and get daily exercise, you'll be healthy. being skinny is no guarantee you'll be flexible anyway. just do stretching every morning to warm up your joints and be as flexible as possible. BTW, you're a great weight for your height.
