No, don't take diet pills dear.. Not any of them are proven enough to be safe for anybody. trust me. there have been articles of women getting strokes and other health issues after a few days of taking the pills I suggest to exercise at least 30min a day and eat healthy (absolutely no junk food.) Your metabolism will speed up, making you loose more weight and feel more energetic, and most of all you're body will be healthier, physically and mentally.

I am now not a Doctor however I do understand there is not any reliable fast repair for a concern that constructed through the years. Sure you might take nutrition drugs to scale down your urge for food, however now not consuming is simply as hazardous as over consuming if now not extra so. Anything that says to be a miracle healing is not anything extra the a brand new day variant of what was once known as snake oil which was once bought out of the again of a included wagon to unsuspecting saps again within the 1800's Rule of thumb "if it sounds to well to be real then it commonly is."

FOOD is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because the FOOD that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT.

There are a lot of pills on the market and some actually help.
But nothing that works with any certainty.
