if you have issues with being left alone or people rejecting you all of the time, you could have some abandonment issues....

It's just an anxiety of life.

A phobia is usually an unusual fear. Fear of losing someone is not unusual.

The only time a common fear is a phobia is when it interferes with our normal life because it is in our mind so often. So, if you are keeping your child in a sterile, static-free room and never letting them leave that room, the fear of losing someone is a phobia.

depends on what you mean by 'losing someone'
Thanatophobia or Thantophobia is the fear of death or dying. this can refer to death of other people as well as self.
if you mean you're afraid of your significant other breaking up with you, I couldn't find any information.... sorry
