chest pains?

i recently went out onto my golfcart and was running some and playing basketball with someone and i came back and was gulping down a soda then suddenly i got this chest pain as if i drank too much cold soda [though this soda wasn't necessarly cold] and i felt weak..... i went upstairs to lie down and whenever i would get up that chest pain would come back.....




i recently got a physical and i'm as healthy as a horse but i'm worried this is something that is lethal =[

Heart, lung, stomatch, thyroid... together or alone can cause same agina, it's very confused. Nobody can know for lack of information.

Generally, if you are young in 20s or 30s then very low risk of thyroid or heart, aortic than acid reflux and lung, especially if you can try to walk up stair few times without any pain or short of breath then no worry about heart or vice versa. If Zantac cant help acid reflux then better seek medical test and advice at the hospital. Good luck.

Does not seem to be dangerous, from your heart. Just have rest and drink warm liquids. If the pain continues,you should be clinically checked.
